We cut, cryovac and freeze our meat to seal maximum freshness. This means it is delivered to you as fresh as possible and eliminates the need for preservatives or harmful chemicals.
Freezing meat assists in preventing spoilage and food waste, helping you to save money and waste. When your box arrives, simply place it in your freezer, meat that is cool to touch can be refrozen if it has thawed at all. For best results thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.
