We strive for 100% satisfaction for every customer of we are happy to refund the purchase price under the following conditions: A manufacturing or processing error on our part or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our UNCOOKED product. We do not offer refunds or exchange after you’ve altered i.e. cooked products.

Please check your order carefully when placing it through the online store. Before paying, please confirm your order. We do not amend or add to orders. We promptly process orders when received due to the perishability of our products. 

Please check your order carefully and when it is received. Check items carefully, especially when ordering numerous items. If there is an issue contact us via email providing as much detail and photos of the issue. 

Claims for refunds are required within 12 hours of home delivery - A picture will be requested of the article.

Refunds are unable to be made without proof of purchase.

In the eventuality that some items may not be available, a refund will be promptly made to your payment method.

Our meat will be sent frozen and will need to remain frozen until it is defrosted following food safety standards, to be cooked and consumed. 

Refunds for products are made via the payment method used on the order.

Whilst The Boxed Meat Co. will process a refund promptly, the bank is ultimately responsible for the time taken to credit the funds back to the account. 

Be aware that some items may slightly differ from the product photos. 

You are liable for any orders placed. Your box becomes your responsibility of safe-keeping, upon the box being delivered. We are unable to issue refunds for stolen goods, particularly when we have not received any detailed delivery notes to help prevent such occurrences.

If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery, we will store your box, initiate contact, and determine another suitable delivery date. In the event an order is delivered to an incorrect address or if you are unable to retrieve it on the delivery date without prior notification and damage occurs, you will not be refunded.

Terms of Service

1. User Agreement – Website Use and Placing Orders

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions of Use, you must not use our Website.

2. Legal Capacity

By making an order to purchase products, you warrant to The Boxed Meat Co. that you are:
(a) eighteen (18) years of age or above; and
(b) entering into a legally binding contract with The Boxed Meat Co. concerning that order.

3. Payment Terms & Methods

All prices are in listed Australian Dollars. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown and are subject to change.
Full payment is required at the time of collection or prior to your meat leaving our factory for delivery. The Boxed meat Co. reserves the right to request a full payment before beginning to process any order. 

4. No payment = no product

We will confirm your order with you before processing – most often by phone or by email. Orders will not commence processing until we have confirmation of payment.

5. Prices/weights may vary from what’s quoted online

Our products are individually hand-cut and by their very nature may vary. While we do our absolute best to cut portions to size, it just isn’t possible for us to cut the EXACT weights of all products all the time.

6. Placing Orders

When placing an order online you must ensure that you provide The Boxed Meast Co. with accurate and up-to-date phone and email contact details, physical address and other relevant details requested and that you promptly notify The Boxed Meat Co. if any of these details have changed.

The Boxed Meat Co. is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of an order not being received by you due to:
(a) inaccurate information provided by you to us;
(b) our delivery service providers being unable to access or leave the order at the specified address;
(c) an email being blocked by a firewall or filter installed on your computer or email client; or
(d) where you have registered an incorrect email address, physical address, phone number or other contact information.

7. Public Holidays

Online orders placed on public holidays will not be received nor begin processing until the next business day.

8. Cancellations

Generally, once you have made an order to purchase products on our Website, you cannot cancel that order. If, after an order has been submitted and you want to cancel or amend that order, we will use reasonable endeavours to cancel or amend it per your instructions.


The Boxed Meat Co. also reserves the right to cancel your order if:
(a) you provide an unauthorised credit card;
(b) we are unable to process payment on the credit card or other payment details provided;
(c) you provide invalid personal details;
(d) if, when required, you cannot provide acceptable proof of identity;
(e) if, for any reason, we don’t reasonably believe we can complete delivery.
The Boxed Meat Co. will attempt to notify you before cancelling your order.
